TDPAP Pirkei Avot (5:16)

This week’s idea on Mishna 5:16 is written by Rabbi Rafael Joseph who is a Jewish Educator who taught in JFS (London) for 18 years and was the head of 6th Form Jewish Studies during his time there. He now leads Aish UK's London Campus Division where he organizes Jewish Experiences for students across London. Rafi says, "I am particularly inspired by Rabbi Dee's resilience following the tragic loss of his family members. His willingness to be a leader and fight for our cause should inspire others who have had far less to endure in their lives." 🇮🇱 עם ישראל חי 🇮🇱

TDPAP Pirkei Avot (5:15)

This week’s idea on Mishna 5:15 is written by Rebbetzin Yael Roodyn, female educator for Jewish Futures and Rebetzin of Finchley Federation synagogue. Yael only met Lucy Dee hy’d once or twice - and very briefly at that - but she and the whole Dee family have made a very strong impression. Yael attended a beautiful women’s event at Hampstead Garden Suburb synagogue, to study Torah material on positive speech in the merit of Lucy, Maia and Rina. Since this Pirkei Avot Project’s inception Yael has been preparing weekly study sessions for teens at Finchley Fed to discuss the weekly article and to consider associated sources. She is delighted to participate in another way in this meaningful project. 🇮🇱 עם ישראל חי 🇮🇱
