!: Lasting Impressions; Two Camps that work together is a G-dly camp.
The last verse in this week’s Torah portion; Parshat Veyetze talks about Jacob naming the camp after his peace treaty with Lavan.
At first he sees it as “ מחנה אלוקים” G-d’s camp and then he calls it מחנים; which means 2 camps. Why the switch from singular to plural??
We are 2 camps today; the physical soldiers at battle and us the spiritual warriors at home and together these two camps make up 1 camp called; G-d’s camp!
